The first and second modules are arranged in an exhaust gas inlet of a boiler. The upper and lower supports are respectively inserted into between the upper and lower pins adjacent to the lower side and between the upper and lower pins adjacent to the upper side among a plurality of the pins attached to a pinned tube(22) of the first and second modules at a pitch interval. The gap between the upper/lower support and the pinned tube is limited within 0.5mm. The outer circumference of the upper and lower supports is connected to a main wall board(34), thereby being unified to a sleeve. The sleeve is attached on a leading end of a non-vibration baffle(20).
