CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing construction method using a composition of a membrane waterproofing method and a fiber sheet manufactured by a stitch bonding method with heat barrier performance is as follows. A waterproofing material slurry, produced by mixing acrylic emulsion, water, and cement, is spread on a base surface exposed to the outside(S100). A base coating material is spread on the waterproofing material slurry(s200). Before the spread base coating material is dried, a fiber sheet is attached on the base coating material, and a base coating material is additionally spread on the fiber sheet(S300). After the base coating material is dried, a finish coating material is spread on the base coating material two times(S400).
