    • PURPOSE: A rainwater storage apparatus capable of cooling surroundings using moisture evaporation is provided to facilitate manufacture and installation as a median strip or a bus station. CONSTITUTION: A rainwater storage apparatus comprises a declined part(11), a roof part(10), a sump tank(20), a filtration part(30), and a drainage hole(21). A vent(13) is formed on the declined part to discharge rainwater. The roof part is composed of a permeable hole for letting the rainwater inside. The sump tank supports the roof part and stores the water flowing into the permeable hole. The filtration part filters foreign materials formed in the rainwater. The drainage hole discharges the rainwater to the outside.

    • A waterproofing method for a roof is provided to restrict diffusion of water by partly exposing an upper part of a slab with latticed structure, and to cut down construction cost by entirely forming a waterproof layer. A push layer(4) of a waterproof lift part of a parapet, a rooftop or a vent and a thermal insulation material are cut and removed to repair a leak portion of a roof, and a connection passage is formed between the cut portions. A waterproof layer(20) is formed in the cut connection passage and an upper part of the push layer. A lower part and a side of the connection passage are filled with semisolid adhesive material(40). The adhesive material is made of asphalt bentonite, acryl adhesive, rubber adhesive or mastic, and a panel of an elastic packing is fastened on the adhesive material to pressurize the adhesive material.

The wet insulation/waterproof complex structure includes an insulation mortar layer formed by applying the insulation mortar on a base surface; an immersion water-repellent layer formed by applying an immersion water-repellent agent on the insulation mortar layer in order for the immersion water-repellent agent to be immersed into the insulation mortar layer; and a water-proof mortar layer formed by applying the water-proof mortar on the immersion water-repellent layer. The exterior insulation/exposure waterproof complex method of the rooftop according to the present invention includes the steps of: applying the insulation mortar on the base surface of the rooftop by the thickness of 30 to 100 mm to form the insulation mortar layer; curing the insulation mortar layer and applying the immersion water-repellent agent on the insulation mortar layer by the immersion thickness of 5 to 10 mm to form the immersion water-repellent layer; and applying the water-proof mortar on the immersion water-repellent layer by the thickness of 5 to 30 mm to form the water-proof mortar layer, thereby exposing the water-proof mortar layer to the outside.

According to the present invention, the construction structure for outside heat-insulation and outside waterproofing includes: a concrete slab to be a base; an insulation panel located on the concrete slab and forming an insulation layer; and a waterproofing layer formed on the insulation panel. A pedestal is inserted into the lower parts of four edges of the insulation panel to level the heights of the insulation panels, such that the ends of the closely installed insulation panels have the same height and the upper part of the insulation layer can be flat.
