    • A ventilative heat-insulation and waterproof structure is provided to improve durability of the waterproof sheets and building by discharging the moisture between the base and the waterproof sheet through the air vent. A ventilative heat-insulation and waterproof structure comprises a base(210), a waterproof sheet(100), a lower discontinuous adhesive layer(220), an upper continuous adhesive layer(230), a waterproof coat layer(240), a top coat layer(250), and an air vent(260). The waterproof sheet is composed of a sheet waterproof layer, non-woven fabric and a heat reflection film. The lower discontinuous adhesive layer is coated discontinuously beneath the waterproof sheet along the junction of the waterproof sheet, and attaches the waterproof sheet to the base. The upper continuous adhesive layer is coated continuously onto the waterproof sheet along the junction of the waterproof sheet, and joins the waterproof sheets. The waterproof coat layer is coated on the waterproof sheet and the upper continuous adhesive layer. The top coat layer is coated on the waterproof coat layer. The air vent connects the gap between the base and the waterproof sheet to the outside.

After the base coating material is dried, a finish coating material is spread on the base coating material two times(S400).
