    • A concrete paving apparatus for repairing roads is provided to facilitate leveling between new pavement and old pavement by causing caterpillars to move on a road to be repaired. A concrete paving apparatus for repairing roads comprises a main body(100), a pair of caterpillars(130), a concrete inlet(140), a concrete paving unit(200), a concrete conveying unit(150), and a concrete paving unit height adjusting unit(300). The main body has an engine room(110) and a control room(120). The caterpillars are installed two sides of the main body and driven by an engine in the engine room. The concrete inlet is installed in front of the caterpillars. The concrete paving unit is installed at the back of the caterpillars. The concrete conveying unit is installed between the caterpillars to convey concrete from the concrete inlet to the concrete paving unit. The width between the caterpillar's tips is narrower than the width of the concrete paving unit. One end of the concrete paving unit height adjusting unit is coupled with the main body and the other end is coupled with the concrete paving unit.

The tool part is mounted on the frame in order to tramping the lower paving layer that the paving material is poured. The endless track is installed on the frame for the movement of the frame. The endless track comprises a rail part, a driving part and a plurality of ground parts. The rail part forms the endless track. The driving part runs the rail part.     • A method for repairing a road and an apparatus thereof are provided to increase sliding resistance on the repaired road surface and to obtain the durability of the road by spraying the emulsion from emulsion asphalt storages. An apparatus for repairing a road comprises first and second emulsion asphalt spraying parts, and aggregate spraying parts. The emulsion asphalt spraying parts spray the emulsion from emulsion asphalt storages. The aggregate spraying parts spray the aggregates from aggregate storages. The first emulsion asphalt spraying part includes a body(120), an asphalt supply hole(130) for receiving the emulsion asphalt, and an asphalt spray hole(140) for spraying the emulsion asphalt. A removing part(150) is placed at the rear of the asphalt spray hole to scratch the excessive emulsion asphalt.
