    • PURPOSE: The tensile strength is improved in the molding/metal patterns by inserting and shooting out the resin composition in the structure of the metal alloy. The manufacturing process is simplified. CONSTITUTION: A metallic alloy-resin composite integrated with different kinds of materials comprises a metal alloy part(1) and a resin part(2). The square groove and protrusion undercut portions of the metal alloy part are formed. The length of the average perpendicular line of the groove portion and protrusion undercut are 1~10 micron meters. The resin portion is formed the resinous material is injection molding resin materials on the surface of the metal alloy part.

    • Disclosed is a metal alloy/ceramic resin composite. The metal alloy/ceramic resin composite according to the present invention includes a metal alloy in which a recess and a protrusion undercut having an average surface roughness of 80 mm to 150 mm are formed by removing an oil substance of a surface thereof using a surfactant and etching at least one acid solution selected from hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and formic acid on the degreased surface; and a ceramic resin including 30wt% to 70wt% of at least one resin selected from polypropylene, polyamide, polyphenylene sulfide, polyacetylene, polycarbonate, polyester, and polyphenylene oxide, 20wt% to 60wt% of silicon carbide, 5wt% to 7wt% of inorganic filler, and 3wt% to 5wt% of a dispersing agent. The ceramic resin is integrally formed on a surface of the metal alloy having the recess and the protrusion undercut through injection-molding. According to the present invention, the metal alloy/ceramic resin composite can be usefully utilized in LED lighting apparatuses, as well as in various electronic devices, home appliances, medical devices, vehicle structure components, vehicle mounted components, building material components, and other structure components, and exterior components, by integrally forming a ceramic resin having a heat dissipating function and a metal alloy.
