    • PURPOSE: A fluid path of a turbine system using dimple is provided to enhance the efficiency of steam re-heated and used, prevent solid particles from falling from a dimple shape in general operation and easily remove foreign materials when washing. CONSTITUTION: A fluid path of a turbine system using dimple comprises a plurality of dimple shapes. Grooves are formed on each dimple in the same direction in which fluid flows. The resistance of the fluid decreases passing through the grooves, heat transfer is enhanced and heat loss is prevented. The shape of the dimple prevents solid particles from entering a turbine back in a solid form when a temperature changes. The dimple is formed to be bent in the same direction to the fluid path to enhance the washing efficiency of the fluid path. The dimple can be arranged to become narrower from the start point to the end point of the fluid path.

    • PURPOSE: A turning device for a steam turbine rotor is provided to enable turning work by two workers, thereby improving work efficiency and reduce the risk of accidents. CONSTITUTION: A turning device for a steam turbine rotor comprises a hydraulic cylinder(10), a slide ram(20), a ratchet lever(21), a lateral frame(12), and a base plate(14). The hydraulic cylinder is vertically installed on one side of a flange surface of a rotor housing. The slide ram is coupled to one end of the cylinder rod of the hydraulic cylinder and has a sliding motion by the cylinder. The ratchet lever is formed on the bottom of the slide ram and engaged with the gear part of a stem turbine rotor. The lateral frame supports the hydraulic cylinder from the right and left sides at specific height. The base plate forms a horizontal plane in the lower part of the lateral frame and is fixed to the rotor housing.
