A processed sheet material is put on the roller conveyor, and the sheet material has a shape such that the tapered post is unfolded. The bending process part bends the sheet material, which is fed by the feeding roller part, into a semi-circular shape. The tapering process part comprises forming roller units. The pipe extracting part extracts the tapered post on which a tapering process is finished by the forming roller unit.

The continuous press shearing process shears the galvanized skelp(10) among one of a triangular, a rectangle, a trapezoidal and an arc added trapezoidal pattern to which a hole expansion is possible.
