    • PURPOSE: An air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to improve cooling performance and cooling efficiency by effectively evaporating refrigerant in a superheating section. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner for a vehicle comprises a compressor(100), a condenser(110), an expansion unit(120), an evaporator(130), and a feeding unit(137). The condenser condenses refrigerant, compressed in the compressor. The expansion unit makes the refrigerant discharging from the condenser diverge and expands the refrigerant before and after diverging. The evaporator supplies the refrigerant to the compressor after expanding the diverged expansion refrigerant. The evaporator comprises a first evaporator(131) and a second evaporator(132). The first and second evaporators are arranged that the refrigerant, flowing in each evaporator, has opposite flowing direction, thereby superheating sections of the first and second evaporator are formed in opposite direction each other. In order to supply some of refrigerant, before superheated in one evaporator, to the superheating section of the other evaporator, the first and second evaporators are connected by the feeding unit.

The front air-conditioning apparatus includes a compressor(210), a condenser(220), a front expansion valve(230), and a front evaporator(240) and cools a front seat of the vehicle. The rear air-conditioning apparatus is comprised of a rear expansion valve(310) and rear evaporator(320) and cools a back seat of the vehicle. A heat exchanger(350) is installed on a refrigerant line facing to the rear expansion valve. The heat exchanger exchanges heat in condensation water generated in the front evaporator and a refrigerant flowing towards the rear expansion valve.
