CONSTITUTION: A frame mounting structure is composed of a vehicle frame; upper and lower rubbers(13,12) inserted into the upper and lower ends of the frame; a member(15) integrated with a floor panel(16) fitted to the upper end of the upper rubber; a through-bolt and a nut combined to each other; a plug inserted into the floor panel; a long bolt(30) passing through a lower plate(11), the lower rubber, the frame, the upper rubber, an upper plate(14), the member, and the floor panel from the upper side in order; a rod-shaped inner pipe(31) for covering the outer peripheral surface of the long bolt; a guide bracket(40) formed with a guide hole(41) on the upper plate and welded from the inside of the member; and a movable nut(50) embedded to interlock in the guide hole of the guide bracket. The movable nut is firmly combined with the long bolt with rotating the long bolt. The rotation of the movable nut is restricted by the guide bracket.

The diaphragm frame comprises a semi-circular pipe contact unit(11,11') stuck to a peripheral surface of the connection pipe and a diaphragm unit(12,12') for repressing the vertical vibration of the sub frame.

CONSTITUTION: A color portion(120) is penetrated through the center of a body(110). A stopper portion(130) is folded in the body. The stopper portion is fixed in a body(20). A flange portion(140) is formed under the body. The flange portion is fixed in a frame(30). The end of the stopper portion covers the flange portion to prevent the separation of the body and the frame. The stopper portion is extended to the side upper part of the body. A protrusion(142) of the flange portion is located in the inner side of the stopper portion. Thereby, shock and vibration are absorbed effectively, the damage and the separation of a body mounting member are prevented and the riding comfort is offered.

Working efficiency is improved with assembling the body fixing bolt through simple process.
