    • PURPOSE: A battery temperature estimation logic and a method thereof are provided to presume the highest and the lowest battery temperature through an inlet temperature, an outdoor air temperature, and a battery module current without a separate temperature sensor mounted on battery module. CONSTITUTION: A battery temperature estimation method comprises falling stages: measuring input parameters; presuming initial temperature of the battery module and input variables; determining drive singular numbers of cooling fans; presuming heat-generating temperature of the battery module and a driver of the cooling fan through a first parameter table; presuming changed temperature due to outlet temperature, inlet temperature, and the driver of the cooling fan through a second parameter table; and presuming a minimum temperature and a max temperature of the battery module through the heated temperature and signal-changed temperature.
