    • 본발명은수냉식배터리시스템과냉각수순환장치를서로연결하는순환라인상에설치되어냉각수의온도를조절하기위한수냉식배터리시스템의냉각수온도조절장치에관한것으로, 상기순환라인으로부터냉각수를공급받아순환시키는유로몸체부, 상기유로몸체부의외부에배치된히트싱크, 및상기히트싱크와상기유로몸체부의사이에배치된열전소자를구비하는열교환모듈; 상기열교환모듈을다수로적층시키도록상기열교환모듈에분해조립가능하게결합되는샤프트부; 상기열교환모듈의정면, 배면, 상면및 저면을폐쇄시키도록상기샤프트부에분해조립가능하게결합되는프레임부; 및상기프레임부의일측에결합되며, 적어도하나의냉각팬에의해상기히트싱크의공극을통해상기프레임부의개방된타측으로외부공기를배출하는냉각부;를포함하고, 상기냉각부와상기열전소자에대한전원을인가또는차단에상응하여상기열전소자가상기열교환모듈의냉각수의온도를낮추거나올린다.

    • The present invention relates to a battery pack air cooling structure having thermoelectric elements. More specifically, the battery pack air cooling structure is capable of individually controlling temperatures of cell module assemblies by controlling the thermoelectric elements installed in inlets of cooling passages. The battery pack air cooling structure comprises: a housing having cooling passages to allow refrigerants to pass through; a cell module which is adjacent to the inside the housing and includes a pair of unit cells stacked in parallel therein; a heat transfer plate which is interposed between the pair of unit cells to be in surface contact; heat pipes each of which has a portion buried in the heat transfer plate and the other portion protruding in one side direction; heat exchange members which are formed at the protruding end of the heat pipes to perform heat exchange with water passing through the cooling passages; and thermoelectric elements which are formed at the upper part of the cooling passages.
