    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode is provided to improve light efficiency by using a hole transport layer made of a material of a high T1 voltage level. CONSTITUTION: A hole injection layer(HIL) is formed between a first electrode and a second electrode. An organic light emitting layer includes a hole injection layer, a first hole transport layer(HTL1), and a second hole transport layer(HTL2). The organic light emitting layer includes a light emitting layer(EML) and an electron transport layer(ETL). The light emitting layer is formed by the mixture of two light emission materials. The first hole transport layer prevents the transition of excitons and carriers.
