The organic light emitting diode region includes an anode electrode(140), a white color organic light emitting layer(160), and a cathode electrode(170).     • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to implement same aperture ratio with small driving current by securing a damaged light emitting region as an effective light emitting area. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting diode display device, a pixel region is defined as a data line, a scan line, and a driving current wire. A driving TFT supplies a driving current from a driving current wire. A protective film covers a data line, a scan line, a driving current line, and driving TFT. A color filter is formed on the protective film and is overlapped with the data line, the scan line, and a driving current wire.
