摘要： The present invention relates to an automatic feed packing device that can automatically carry out all processes from bag supply to feed filling, to improve the convenience of the feed packing work and work productivity. The automatic feed packing device includes a bag loading unit for loading a plurality of empty flat bags with one side being opened; a bag base installed at one side of the bag loading unit and provided with a lower suction portion for generating a suction force from an upper portion to a lower portion; a bag transferring unit installed over the bag loading unit to suck the empty bag disposed on the uppermost position of the bag loading unit and carry it so that the opened portion of the empty bag is disposed on the top surface of the bag base; a bag opening unit installed over the bag base and moved up toward the upper portion of the bag base to generate the suction force upwardly; a feed supply unit installed at one side of the bag base to drop the feed of a constant amount; a bag opening maintaining unit interposed between the bag base and the feed supply unit and pivoted toward the feed supply unit and the bag base to be inserted in the opened bag, thereby maintaining the opened portion of the bag while opening the bag toward both inner sides; and a hitting unit installed below the feed supply unit for hitting a bottom portion of the bag when the empty bag is filled with the feed from the feed supply unit, thereby tramping the feed in the bag.

The jelly-injected containers are covered by a vinyl cover. The step of supplying the granules comprises the following steps: A granule feeding unit(10) supplies granules loaded in a hopper(11) to a granule accommodating groove (21) of a first sliding panel(20). A first operation unit(13) moves the first sliding panel forward to position the granule accommodating groove of the first sliding panel containing the granules at an upper part of the container into which the granules are to be dropped, while the first sliding panel slides on a support panel(30) located at a lower part of the container and stops when the granule accommodating groove is located in connection with a top of a granule pass groove(31) of the support panel. Also, when the granule accommodating groove and the granule pass groove are matched, an insertion unit inserts the granules into the containers.
