The controlling unit controls the opening and closing valve according to the electric signals of the sensors. If the first sensor detects the water bottle, the controlling unit opens the opening and closing valve to fill water in the water bottle. If the second sensor detects the filled state of the water bottle, the controlling unit closes the opening and closing valve.
