摘要： PURPOSE: An eccentric juice extracting screw and a juicer including the same are provided to genearte compact force applied on the material in the housing in case of the rotation of a juice screw in the housing. CONSTITUTION: An eccentric juice extracting screw and a juicer including the same comprise a rotary shaft(10) and a cutting unit(20). The cutting unit covers the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft is eccentric from the center of the cutting unit. THe cross sectin of the cuting unit is cone-shaped and is enlarged from the top to the bottom. A plurality of screw-shaped cutting edges(22) is formed on the outer circumference of the cutting unit. The rotary shaft comprises an upper rotary shaft(11) and a lower rotary shaft(12).
