CONSTITUTION: A water discharging structure includes a flowing part(200) and a vortex occurrence preventing member(300). The flowing part includes an introducing part(200a), a discharging part(200b), and a curving part(200c). The curving part connects the introducing part and the discharging part. The vortex occurrence preventing member is arranged at the flowing part to suppress the occurrence of vortex in the flowing part. The vortex occurrence preventing member is arranged at the curving part.
