According to an embodiment of the present invention, the waste foundry sand regeneration device comprises a housing for providing a transfer path in a horizontal direction; a burner part arranged in one end of the housing to emit flames along the transfer path; and an air supply part positioned on the bottom of the housing and having multiple nozzles jetting air to transfer the inputted waste foundry sand from one end to the other end of the housing.

CONSTITUTION: A production method of a rain water penetration type porous hybrid polymer block comprises the following steps: mixing 69-72 wt% of recycled aggregate which is coarse aggregate, 12-16 wt% of sand which is fine aggregate, and 7-9 wt% of fly ash, blast furnace slag, or calcium carbonate as filler to obtain a mixture; adding 6-9 wt% of an unsaturated-polyester resin in an ortho type to the mixture as a binder; vibration-stomping the mixture into a mold to obtain a molded product; curing the molded product to obtain the block with a vegetation space; and filling vegetation soil inside the vegetation space.     • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method glass ceramic aggregates which utilize waste braun tubes and a ceramic concrete composition using the glass-ceramic aggregates are provided to obtain glass ceramic aggregates from waste braun tubes collected from a TV through grinding and filtering using hydraulic press, hammer crusher, jaw crusher. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of glass-ceramic aggregates utilizing wasted braun tubes comprises the following steps: primarily grinding the wasted braun tube into glass pieces with a size of 100-250 nano meters by using hydraulic press; secondarily grinding the glass pieces into glass pieces with a size of 40-50 mm by using a hammer crusher; tertiary grinding the secondary grinded glass pieces into glass pieces with a size of 20mm or less by using jaw crusher; and sieving glass aggregates with a size of 5-20mm from the tertiary grinded glass pieces by using a vibrator having 5mm of meshes. The ceramics concrete composition comprises 20-35 wt% of sand, 20-35 wt% of cement, and 30-60 wt% of glass aggregates with a size of 5-20mm which utilizes waste braun tubes.
