The conductive material of 1 to 30 wt% with less than volume resistivity of 10¬-2 ohm*cm is mixed with resin with the melting point of 80 to 200 deg.C to manufacture the hot-melt resin.

    • PURPOSE: A hinge device for a vehicle is provided to have the function of a stopper to exactly control the opening angle of a door without occupying a separate space and to accordingly reduce the weight of a hinge. CONSTITUTION: A hinge device for a vehicle is composed of a hinge bracket(11), a hinge arm(12), a hinge pin(13), and a key(14). The hinge bracket has a combing part(11a) fixed and combined to a side of a vehicle body having a movable part; a pin hole(11c) formed at an end of an extended part(11b) protruded and extended from the combining part; and a slot part(11d) expanded with a constant section at the circumference of the pin hole. The hinge arm combined with a side of the movable part includes a pin hole(12c) positioned at a shaft identical with the pin hole of the hinge bracket to conform to the pin hole of the hinge bracket and a key groove(12d) formed at a side of the pin hole. The hinge pin is installed with penetrating pin holes of the hinge bracket and the hinge arm and arranged with a key groove(13b) corresponding to the key groove of the hinge arm. The key is inserted into the key grooves of the hinge arm and the hinge pin to integrate the hinge arm and the hinge pin, extended toward the slot part of the hinge bracket and moved in the slot part.
