    • An apparatus for manufacturing molten irons which can uniformize a flow of gas in a fluidized reduction furnace and can restrain a stagnant layer from being formed in the fluidized reduction furnace by improving distributor nozzles installed in the fluidized reduction furnace is provided. An apparatus for manufacturing molten irons comprises: a fluidized reduction furnace(20) for reducing fine iron ore to convert the fine iron ore into reduced materials; a melter-gasifier into which the reduced materials and bulk carbonaceous materials are charged, and oxygen is blown to manufacture molten irons; and a reducing gas feeding pipe for feeding a reducing gas exhausted from the meter-gasifier into the fluidized reduction furnace, wherein the fluidized reduction furnace comprises a distributor(211) installed in the fluidized reduction furnace to distribute the reducing gas, and distributor nozzles respectively installed in a plurality of through holes(2112) formed in the distributor, and wherein the distributor nozzles include: inclined nozzles(231) which are positioned in proximity to an inner wall(210) of the fluidized reduction furnace, which are inclined to the inner wall side of the fluidized reduction furnace, and which comprise a nozzle part(2311) and a nozzle guide part(2313); and vertical nozzles surrounded by the inclined nozzles.

    • PURPOSE: A method for agglomerating fine coal is provided to effectively manufacture agglomerated coal having compression strength of 50 kg/cm¬2 or more by mixing proper quantity of high temperature reduced iron fine with fine coal instead of a formed coal manufacturing process in which binder and high forming pressure are required. CONSTITUTION: In an ingot iron manufacturing process using an ingot iron manufacturing system comprising one or more stages of reduction furnaces for reducing iron ore fine charged using reduced gas blown in from a lower part of the reduction furnaces, and a melter gasifier for manufacturing hot metal by melting reduced iron fine discharged from the reduction furnaces and supplying flue gas of the reduced iron fine to the reduced gas of the reduction furnaces, the method for agglomerating fine coal in the ingot iron manufacturing process comprises the step of mixing the reduced iron fine discharged from the reduction furnaces with fine coal having 2.0 or more of free swelling coefficient at a temperature of 600 to 850 deg.C, wherein a mixing ratio of the reduced iron fine for the fine coal is controlled to 20 wt.% or more, wherein the mixing ratio of the reduced iron fine for the fine coal is controlled to 20 to 50 wt.%, and wherein the fine coal has free swelling coefficient of 2.0 to 5.5.

    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing molten iron are provided to increase productivity by minimizing reduction loss of fine iron ore due to firing of subsidiary raw material and additionally charging fine iron ore as much as reduced amount of subsidiary raw material. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing molten iron using non-coking coal and fine iron ore is characterized in that 40 to 60 wt.% of the total subsidiary raw material that is charged into a reduction furnace is supplied through a reduced iron discharge pipe, a particle diameter of the subsidiary raw material supplied through the reduction furnace is 8 mm or less while a particle diameter of the subsidiary raw material supplied through the reduced iron discharge pipe is 2 mm or less, and a location from which subsidiary raw material is supplied in the reduced iron discharge pipe is determined so that it takes 15 seconds or more to get to a melter gasifier(1) from a point of subsidiary raw material charging time. The apparatus for manufacturing molten iron comprises one or more reduction furnaces; a melter gasifier(1) connected to a final reduction furnace through a reduced iron discharge pipe in such a way that ore is circulated; and a subsidiary raw material separation charging device comprising a subsidiary raw material charging pipe(15) supplying subsidiary raw materials to the reduced iron discharge pipe.

    • PURPOSE: A molten steel manufacturing device and a manufacturing method for molten steel are provided which are simple and energy-efficient by employing coal as a fuel to generate reduced gas and iron ore as raw material. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: (i) a first fluid bed reducing furnace(14) which preheats and pre-reduces iron ore and burns a portion of supplementary raw material required for manufacturing molten steel; (ii) a second fluid bed reducing furnace(13) which secondarily pre-reduces the iron ore from step (i) and burns the supplementary raw material from step (i) respectively; (iii) a third fluid bed reducing furnace(12) which finally reduces the iron ore from step (ii) and burns the supplementary raw material from step (ii); (iv) a melting gasifying furnace(11) which manufactures molten steel by melting the iron ore from step (iii) and the supplementary raw material from step (iii); (v) a dust cyclone(111) which sends dust in the reduced gas generated at the melting gasifying furnace(11) to a dust cycling device and supplies finely powdered dust and separated auto exhaust to the third fluid bed reducing furnace(12); (vi) a melting combustion device(113) which sprays the finely powdered dust to the melting gasifying furnace(11); (vii) circulating cyclones(121, 131, 141) which collects the finely powdered dust in the auto exhaust from each fluid bed furnace(12, 13, 14) and recirculates to the each fluid bed furnace(12, 13, 14). The method comprises steps of: (i) primary pre-heating and pre-reducing iron ore and burning supplementary raw material; (ii) secondary pre-reducing the iron ore and burning the supplementary raw material; (iii) finally pre-reducing the iron ore and burning the supplementary raw material; (iv) melting and reducing the finally pre-reduced iron ore and the finally burned supplementary raw material at the melting gasifying furnace.
