    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a ZSM-5 by using variable temperature without an organic template which provides the ZSM-5 having substantially 100% crystallinity. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of (a) providing a reaction mixture consisting of a silica source, an alkali metal oxide source, an alumina source and water, where a molar ratio of M2O/SiO2 is 0.07-0.14, H2O/SiO2 is 15-42 and SiO2/Al2O3 is 20-100, wherein the M is an alkali metal ion; (b) keeping the reaction mixture at a temperature of 180-210 deg.C for a controlled time according to a desired crystal size and grain size distribution of ZSM-5 within the time range of 2-20 hours to generate nuclei; and (c) keeping the nuclei generated reaction product at a temperature of 130-170 deg.C for 10-200 hours to crystallize.

    • PURPOSE: A method for controlling the current amount of a microorganism fuel cell is provided, to control the amount of current supplied to the fuel cell according to the cell membrane permeability of an electron carrier by changing the mobility of a cell membrane with environmental shock. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of applying a temperature shock or a chemical shock for increasing the mobility of a cell membrane to the microorganism composing a fuel cell, thereby changing the mobility of a cell membrane and changing the amount of current supplied to the fuel cell according to the cell membrane permeability of an electron carrier. Preferably the microorganism is selected from the group consisting of Proteus vulgaris, E. coli, Alcaligenses eutrophus, Azotobacter chroococum, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Pseudomonas putida; the electron carrier is at least one selected from the group consisting of thionine, methylene blue, azur A and benzyl viologen; and the chemical increasing the mobility of a cell membrane is at least one selected from the group consisting of ethanol, methanol, propanol and acetone.
