    • PURPOSE: Provided are black goat rotavirus attenuated strain having attenuated pathogenic effect, and its preparation method and use as vaccine for diarrhea caused by rotavirus. CONSTITUTION: Rotavirus attenuated strain(KFCC-11255) is separated from black goat. It is prepared by the steps of: separating rotavirus from black goat; sensitizing the separated virus with trypsin then infecting a host cell therewith; if cell degeneration is created, collecting the cell then followed by freezing and thawing it for cell lysis; centrifuging the cell lysate to obtain rotavirus; and repeating the above process 100 times to obtain rotavirus attenuated strain.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are black goat rotavirus VP4 and VP7 genes and their proteins. The black goat rotavirus VP4 and VP7 genes are used for the diagnosis of and vaccine for rotavirus diarrhea. CONSTITUTION: VP4 and VP7 genes cloning comprises the steps of: extracting total RNA from black goat rotavirus; constructing cDNA; synthesizing a pair of primers specific to VP4 and VP7; performing PCR using cDNA as a template; sequencing PCR products and analyzing homology between the PCR products and each VP4 and VP7. The gene of black goat envelope protein VP4 has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO;1 and its protein has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No:2. The gene of black goat envelop protein VP7 has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO;3 and its protein has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO;4.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is an avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) which removes the shortcomings of the existent vaccines where the IBV is used as a vaccine strain, and effectively prevents the domestic IB variant. CONSTITUTION: An IBV K2 low passage (KCTC 10105BP) is characterized by a variant IBV strain and incurring nephropathy. The IBV K2 low passage is attenuated, thereby making an IBV K2 high passage (KCTC 10106BP). An inactivated vaccine is made by inactivating the IBV K2 low passage, and containing it in the pharmaceutically effective amount, whereas an attenuated virus vaccine by attenuating the IBV K2 low passage, and containing it the pharmaceutical effective dosage thereof. The inactivated or attenuated virus vaccine further contains pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent.
