    • PURPOSE: A method for circulating the air inside a storage container by using a thermoelement is provided to maintain the freshness of agricultural products for a long time and to keep the agricultural products fresh only by transporting and delivering the storage container. CONSTITUTION: A method for circulating the air inside a storage container by using a thermoelement performs the following steps: comparing the temperature of the storage container storing agricultural products with a target temperature (S10); and operating a first thermoelement including a heat absorption unit, which is arranged to face the inside of the storage container, and mixing the cool air from the heat absorption unit and the air inside the storage container box, when the temperature inside the storage container is higher than the target temperature by a predetermined value, and operating a second thermoelement including a heat emission unit, which is arranged to face the inside of the storage container, and mixing the hot air from the heat emission unit and the air inside the storage container, when the temperature inside the storage container is lower than the target temperature by the predetermined value (S20).     • PURPOSE: A pretreatment device for fresh-cut of terete root vegetables and a method thereof are provided to treat edible roots such as a Deodeok(Codonopsis lanceolata Trautv) and a balloon flower root(Platycodon grandiflorum) which has a low wound rate and less weight variation. CONSTITUTION: A pretreatment device for fresh-cut terete root vegetables comprises a frame(110); a transfer unit(120) transferring the terete roots; a cleaning unit(130) spraying cleansing water to the terete roots; a peeling unit(140) spraying cleaning water to peel the terete roots; a sterilization unit(150) spraying sterilization water to sterilize the terete roots; and a dry unit(160) spraying compressed air to dry the sterilized terete roots. A third nozzle unit arranged in the peeling unit has a spray hole of a slit shape parallel to the width direction of the transfer unit. The cleansing unit includes a first cleansing part which is fixed at the frame and sprays cleansing water through a first nozzle unit; and a second cleansing part which is installed to move back and forth along the longitudinal direction of the transfer belt and sprays cleansing water through a second nozzle unit. The transfer unit includes a first transfer belt which is mounted with the terete roots; and a second transfer belt which presses the terete roots toward the first transfer belt for supporting. A forth nozzle unit(155) is installed at the frame to be rotatable on an rotating axis parallel to the normal direction of a virtual plane which is parallel to the transfer belt. A collecting container(137) is installed in the lower part of the frame for collecting the cleansing water sprayed from the second and third nozzle units and foreign substances removed from the surfaces of the terete roots. The terete root vegetables include a Deodeok(Codonopsis lanceolata Trautv) and a balloon flower root(Platycodon grandiflorum).
