    • An apparatus for selecting wooded patches of a wooden mat is provided to sort wooden patches on a conveyor automatically according to the shape of the wooden patch by installing a wooden patch detector having a sensor, a camera, and a process. An apparatus for selecting wooded patches of a wooden mat comprises a wooden patch storing box, a wooden patch conveyor(6), a wooden patch detector(4), and a plurality of pushers(5). A plurality of wooden patches are loaded in the wooden patch storing box of which a bottom part and a top part is opened. The wooden patch conveyor is located right under the wooden patch storing box. The wooden patch detector is mounted on the wooden patch conveyor, in front of the wooden path storing box. The plurality of pushers are aligned along the wooden patch conveyor. The wooden patch detector includes a sensor(9), a camera(C), and a processor. The sensor detects the conveyed wooden patch. The camera outputs image signals with regard to the surface of the detected wooden patch. The process generates sorting signals according to the image signal.

    • 본 고안은 감귤의 등급선별에 있어서 종래의 기계적인 선별이 아닌 감귤을 직접 촬영하여 일정한 기준에 따른 등급선별을 화상데이타에 기초한 자동감귤등급선별장치에 관한 것이다.
      감귤의 등급선별은 일반적으로 드럼을 이용하고있으며 그외에 일정한 직경의 구멍이 형성된 판재를 이용하여 등급별선별을 시도하고있으며 모두 기계적인 방법으로 감귤의 선별이송에 기계적인 마찰이 불가피하여 과피의 손상과 품질오손이 있었다.
      본고안은 트레이에 낱개로 실려서 진행하여오는 감귤을 카메라를 이용하여 촬영한 영상데이타를 컴퓨터에서 비교하여 등급을 선정한 다음 선정된 신호를 PLC와 같은 액튜에이터구동장치로 구성되는 분류장치를 이용하여 자동포장토록한 것으로 특히 촬영시 발생될 수 있는 화상데이타의 입력오차를 최대한 억제하기위하여 외부의 빛이 차단될 수 있는 암실장치를 이용하였다. 따라서 촬영시 발생되는 외부유입광을 최대한 억제하고 연속적인 처리가 가능하므로 안정되고도 정확한 선별과 과일의 손상방지가 가능토록하였다.
