摘要： PURPOSE: An anti-roll bar device for a railway vehicle is provided to eliminate noise generated between an anti-roll bar supporter and an anti-roll bar when the anti-roll bar is rotated. CONSTITUTION: An anti-roll bar device(300) for a railway vehicle comprises an anti-roll bar(310), links(320), and anti-roll bar supporters(330). The links are supported between the anti-roll bar and a railway vehicle body. The anti-roll bar supporters rotatably support both ends of the anti-roll bar. Each anti-roll bar supporter has an upper cover(340), a lower cover(350), and a bush. The lower covers are installed in the upper covers by inserting the end of the anti-roll bar. The bushes are adhered to gaps between the upper and lower covers and the ends of the anti-roll bar.

摘要： A self steering bogie for railway vehicle is provided to steer the wheel axle with small force on a curved track and thereby improve the traveling performance of the railway vehicle. A self steering bogie for railway vehicle comprises front and rear wheel axle steering devices(200,200A). The front and rear wheel axle steering devices are installed in a sliding room of a bogie frame(101) to steer respective front and rear axles(102) of the bogie. Each wheel axle steering device is composed of a connecting rod(204), a cam(202), a driven element(205), and a slider. The connecting rod is connected with the vehicle body at one side and hinged with the cam at the other side. The other side of the cam is hinged with the bogie frame. The driven element is driven to slide by the rotation of the cam. The slider is equipped in a primary suspension into one body and restricted by the driven element.

摘要： A semi-active steering bogie for railway vehicle with a variable damper is provided to keep the damping coefficient of the variable damper high while the railway vehicle travels on a straight track and low while traveling on a curved track, thereby improving traveling stability. A semi-active steering bogie for railway vehicle comprises an axle box(104) installed on both ends of a wheel axle, and a variable damper(105) combined in a bogie frame(101) to support the axle box. The variable damper is installed horizontally to the wheel axle and controlled in damping coefficient by a sensor unit and a control unit according to whether the railway vehicle travels on a straight track or a curved track.
