    • PURPOSE: A grain roasting device is provided to automatically parch grains without a user in a workplace by a timer at a constant temperature when the grains are filled in the grain roasting device, and to conveniently discharge the parched grains. CONSTITUTION: A cover(5) device consisting of a timer, a thermometer and an exhaust pipe, includes a speed reducer(2) and a metal(3). A rotary supports a coil type spiral tube(16) and settles a heating unit on the bottom. A front inlet(17) is formed on a grain storage box(9). An outlet is formed on a discharge box of a finished grain box(12), a filter net, and a discharge box. The coil type spiral tube is used for parching the grains in a discharge process of the grains to a rear outlet.

A transporting unit transports the dehydrated nut fruits to a predetermined position. A heating unit applies heat to the nut fruits in a predetermined temperature for the predetermined time.

    • PURPOSE: A coffee roaster is provided to minimize the damage by heat loss, and enable to exchange a drum chamber. CONSTITUTION: A coffee roaster comprises the following steps: A case (110) forms an external appearance. A main frame (120) divides the inside of the case into a front compartment (A) and a rear compartment (B). An agitating container (130) is installed inside of the front compartment to be able to ascend and descend, and raw beans which will be roasted are accommodated in the agitating container. A lid is fixed in the upper part of the front compartment inside, and covers the opened upper side of the ascended agitating container. An agitating wing (160) is installed in the lid of the agitating container, and rotates to mix the raw beans in the agitating container evenly. A drive motor (170) is installed as connected to the rotary shaft of the agitating wing, and gives a torque to the agitating wing. A heater (180) is installed in the lid of the agitating container, and rises the inner temperature of the agitating container. A temperature sensor (185) is vertically installed in the lid of the agitating container toward the downward, and measures the temperature of raw beans on the bottom of the agitating container. A controller (190) is installed in the upper end of the rear compartment, receives the temperature signal from the temperature sensor, and controls the operation of the heater and the drive motor. A passage forming plate (152) guides the roasting gas escaped from the exhaust hole of the lid in the agitating container to the exhaust hole of the case. A supplementary heater (152b) is installed in a passage (152a) for the complete combustion of the exhausted roasting gas.

An inner container(120) of a metallic material is equipped with an opening/closing door(122) so that roasted coffee beans are ejected to the outside through the conveying path of the main body. A lid(130) is equipped with a discharge hole(132) for emitting the smoking generated in roasting. A cover(136) minimizes the leakage of heat to the outside. A far infrared lamp(140) irradiates far infrared rays to an inner container, and roasts stored coffee beans. A stirring impeller(150) stirs coffee beans which are stored within the inner container. A skin peeler(200) peels the skin of coffee beans roasted in a roasting tool(100), and separates the skin and coffee beans. A first screen net(210) receives roasted coffee beans and ejects to the opposite side. A first transfer screw(220) transfers supplied coffee beans to the opposite side. A first casing(230) is formed with a discharge part to collect ejected coffee skins and discharge to the lower part. A cooling device(300) supplies cold air to roasted coffee beans to cool rapidly. A second screen net(310) receives coffee beans ejected after the skin has been peeled, and ejects to the opposite side. A second transfer screw(320) transfers supplied coffee beans to the opposite side. A second casing(330) is formed in a shape covering the outer periphery of the second screen net.
