A plasma burner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first housing consisting of an expansion part connected to one end of a cylindrical part so as to gradually expand; a mounting part to be combined and sealed in the other end of the cylindrical part and provided over the outside and inside the cylindrical part, and to form an air passage for supplying a discharge air between the cylindrical part; an electrode arranged inside the mounting part so as to form an electric discharge gap between the cylindrical part and the expansion part; a fuel nozzle arranged in a first housing for supplying a fuel to the electric discharge gap; a second housing connected to the first housing so as to gradually expand; and an air nozzle arranged in the second housing for supplying air.

    • The objective of the present invention is to provide a plasma burner having an arc of 1-3 cm diameter, and a large volume arc jet near a nozzle neck in order to process a large flow of liquid fuel by plasma generated by supplying electric power of several tens to several hundreds of kW forming an elongated arc. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the plasma burner comprises: an accommodation unit which provides discharge air and has a first space; the nozzle neck which has a minimum diameter on the end of the first space, and a second space gradually expanding; a housing including an expanding unit extended from the nozzle neck and gradually expanding; an installation unit combined with the end of the accommodation unit and seals one side of the first space; an electrode installed in the installation unit and is located in the first space which has the elongated arc extended to the nozzle neck; and a nozzle installed in the nozzle neck in order to spray at least one of fuel and air.

    • The objective of the present invention is to provide a plasma SCR system for removing nitrogen oxide from exhaust gas by supplying ammonia generated from supplied urea to an SCR catalyst. According to the present invention, the plasma SCR system comprises a plasma burner for forming flames with plasma by supplying fuel around a spark gap; a first exhaust gas line for supplying exhaust gas to one side of the plasma burner; a second exhaust gas line for discharging the exhaust gas heated by the flames discharged from the plasma burner after passing through the plasma burner; a urea supply part installed in the second exhaust gas line to supply the urea so that the ammonia can be generated from the urea by the exhaust gas to be supplied as a catalyst reducing agent; and a catalyst arranged on the second exhaust gas line in one side of the urea supply part to reduce the nitrogen oxide contained in the exhaust gas.

A discharging gas injecting port(44) is formed along the radial direction of the insulating part. The discharging gas injecting port passes through the insulating part.
