    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ceramic using titanium oxide collected from waste sludge is provided to reduce amount of waste sludge and manufacturing cost, and recycle the titanium oxide collected from the waste sludge. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ceramic comprises the following steps: forming aggregates(2) by throwing hydrolyzable titanic compound as coagulant into contaminated water; sintering the aggregates and collecting organic-inorganic element-doped titanium oxide; eliminating the doped organic and inorganic elements and improving whiteness; mixing the titanium oxide with clay and water and molding a molded product; drying the molded product; and plasticizing the molded product. The step whiteness improvement comprises the following steps: dissolving the doped organic-inorganic elements by adding the collected titanium oxide to alkali solution; heating the mixture for 30-70 hours at 130-190deg.C in a reactor; washing titanate formed in the reactor with hydrochloric acid; and obtaining the titanium oxide by heating the washed titanate at 300-800deg.C.
