    • The present invention relates to a stabilizing system of a mobile crane. A stabilizer is installed in the lower part of a crane main body, and a magnetic device is installed in the stabilizer. If the magnetic device is used by being mounted at the end of the stabilizer, a counter weight does not need to be increased. Therefore, there is no need to additionally reinforce the lower part at a crane installation area, and the stabilizing system of the mobile crane can be strongly fixed to a deck. Moreover, the stabilizing system of the mobile crane can offset an up-lifting force generated while the device is operating.

    • PURPOSE: An anti-motion foundation is provided to enable stable loading/unloading of cargo between a floating body and a ship on the sea and minimize energy consumption by using the buoyancy of fenders for elevation of the foundation. CONSTITUTION: An anti-motion foundation is used for a smart port system and comprises a base(210), a plurality of fenders(220), a support plate(230), and a connection part(240). The base is installed in the seafloor. When a fluid is supplied into the fenders, the fenders are expanded and raised by the buoyancy to contact the bottom surface of a floating body. The support plate fixes and supports the fenders from the bottom. The connection part connects the base and the support plate, wherein the length of the connection part is controlled according to the ascent or descent of the fenders.
