    • PURPOSE: A docking system of ship is provided to smoothly and safely unload when two ships are dock each other by making two ships identically flow by using a rotating multiple joint robot arm. CONSTITUTION: A docking system of ship comprises a docking unit(100), a grip arm(110), and a robot arm(120). The docking unit is installed a ship and detachably pushed to outside of surrounding another ship. The docking unit comprises an attachment plate(101) and an electromagnet(102). A grip arm is installed in the docking unit. The robot arm is connected with the grip arm to make the elevation and back and forth movement of the grip arm. The electromagnet is installed at the attachment plate and generates adhesive force using power supply.
    • 目的:通过使用旋转多关节机器人手臂使两艘船相同地流动,两艘船舶相互对接,提供船舶对接系统平稳安全的卸载。 构成:船舶的对接系统包括对接单元(100),抓握臂(110)和机器人手臂(120)。 对接单元安装了一艘船,并可拆卸地推到周围的另一艘船的外面。 对接单元包括附接板(101)和电磁体(102)。 把手臂安装在对接单元中。 机器人手臂与抓握臂连接,以使手柄的上升和前后移动。 电磁铁安装在安装板上,并使用电源产生粘附力。

    • PURPOSE: An anti-motion foundation is provided to enable stable loading/unloading of cargo between a floating body and a ship on the sea and minimize energy consumption by using the buoyancy of fenders for elevation of the foundation. CONSTITUTION: An anti-motion foundation is used for a smart port system and comprises a base(210), a plurality of fenders(220), a support plate(230), and a connection part(240). The base is installed in the seafloor. When a fluid is supplied into the fenders, the fenders are expanded and raised by the buoyancy to contact the bottom surface of a floating body. The support plate fixes and supports the fenders from the bottom. The connection part connects the base and the support plate, wherein the length of the connection part is controlled according to the ascent or descent of the fenders.
