    • PURPOSE: A device for automatically checking a milking machine and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to confirm the damage to a milking machine in real time. CONSTITUTION: A method for automatically checking a milking machine is as follows. Current atmospheric pressure is measured. Zero pressure calibration of a first vacuum sensor(510) and a second vacuum sensor(520) are executed according to the difference of the current atmospheric pressure value and measured current atmospheric pressure. Sampling data measured by the first vacuum sensor and second vacuum sensor is stored. The minimum vacuum pressure value and maximum vacuum pressure value of sampling data are produced. A high trigger for malfunction is designated by subtracting 0.1-4 kPa from the maximum vacuum pressure value of sampling data. A high trigger for trouble is designated by subtracting 4-50 kPa from the maximum vacuum pressure value of sampling data. A low trigger for malfunction is designated by adding 0.1-4 kPa to the atmospheric pressure value.
