CONSTITUTION: A milling saw is produced out of iron in a circular shape. A saw blade is attached to the circumference of the milling saw. The milling saw cut iron, steel, aluminum, stone, plastic asphalt, and wood. The cut face of an item is smooth. Since the milling saw is made out of iron, the resistance against breakage is improved.

    • PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for removing developer foam in manufacturing PCB are provided to remove a developer foam produced at a developing process of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing a developer foam(23) comprises a vacuum chamber(11) having lower air pressure than that of a developing chamber, in which a photo-resist film is developed by spraying the developer on the film, and a foam carrying path(3), communicated between the developing chamber and the vacuum chamber, for sucking and carrying the foam from the developing chamber to the vacuum chamber. The foam carrying path includes an inlet port(32) positioned in the developing chamber at a height same as a foam generating height, and an outlet port positioned in the vacuum chamber at a height upper than the foam generating height.

A briquette manufacturing method using sludge comprises: a step of producing a first processed product by drying the sludge which is the by-product generated during a smelting process(S1); a step of cooling the first processed product in order to produce a second processed product(S4); a first screening step of separating the second processed product into a first group having a large size and a second group having a small size according to the first size basis(S5); a step of smashing the first group of the second processed product in order to produce a third processed product(S61); a step of mixing the second group of the second processed product and the third processed product with a binder and in order to produce the mixture(S67); and a step of manufacturing the briquette by using the mixture(S7).
