    • An aspect of an x-ray image apparatus provides a 3D x-ray image having an improved cubic feeling by producing a virtual proximate view image corresponding to an x-ray when it is assumed that the x-ray is projected to an object at a distance closer than an actual distance; and producing a 3D x-ray image of the object using the produced proximate view image. To achieve this, an aspect of the x-ray image apparatus includes: an x-ray source to project an x-ray to an object from a plurality of different original views; an x-ray detection unit to detect the X-ray which passed through the object and acquires a plurality of original view images; and an image control unit to restore a 3D volume of the object from the plurality of original view images virtually projecting an x-ray to the 3D volume of the object at a distance closer than a distance between the x-ray source and the object to produce a plurality of proximate view images.

    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for reconstructing an image for performing the parallel-treatment in the high definition positron emission tomography are provided to convert the sinogram format so that the sinogram format is suitable to the parallel-treatment in a forward projection and a back projection during the image reconstruction based on ordered subset expectation maximization (OSEM), thereby facilitating the computing optimized to the parallel-treatment.     • An image display apparatus and an X-ray CT apparatus is provided to display a three-dimensional image without degradation of spatial resolution by improving an S/N ratio and reducing an artifact. A two-dimensional X-ray region detector is opposite to an X-ray generator in order to detect an X-ray from the X-ray generator. An X-ray data collection unit collects X-ray projection data transmitted through a target at a position between the X-ray generator and the two-dimensional X-ray region detector. An image reproduction unit reproduces the projection data collected from the X-ray data collection unit. An image display unit displays the reproduced tomographic image. An imaging condition set unit sets imaging conditions for collection and display. The image display unit includes an image filter processing device for displaying the two-dimensional image extracted from a three-dimensional image. The image filter is changed along a cross-sectional direction of the two-dimensional image to be displayed.
