    • The present invention relates to a method for producing complex real three-dimensional images and a system using the same. The method comprises the steps of: (a) determining first real three-dimensional space coordinates of a three-dimensional body image; (b) determining second real three-dimensional space coordinates of an image of a medical device; (c) obtaining a three-dimensional image of the periphery of the medical device from an imaging unit of the medical device and determining third real three-dimensional space coordinates of the obtained three-dimensional image; (d) examining an image present at the same coordinates at the three three-dimensional space coordinates; and (e) selecting one image when there is one image present at the same coordinates, and selecting necessary image(s) among a plurality of images present at the same coordinates and producing a complex real three-dimensional image, when there are the images present at the same coordinates.

    • The present invention relates to a method for automatically calculating image data (PIC) of an examination object from measurement data (MEAS) previously detected during a relative rotational movement between radiation sources (C2, C4) of a computed tomography system (C1) and the examination object. The image data (PIC) to be calculated are intended to show a section along a certain plane defined with respect to the examination object. At least a temporary image (PIC PLAN) captured by the computed tomography system is examined on the basis of the positions of several landmarks (ADAPT). On the basis of the landmark study, a change in position is measured. From the measurement data (MEAS), one or more cross-sectional images are reconstructed and show the examination object in planes perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the computed tomography system. Finally, the image data (PIC) is calculated using the one or more cross-sectional images and the change in position (RECON).

    • PURPOSE: A device and method for detecting a boundary between an inner wall and an outer wall of a left ventricle are provided to set a proper brightness critical range at an image with a low contrast ratio by considering a brightness value distribution of a myocardium according to each data property. CONSTITUTION: A myocardium inner wall extracting unit(210) computes a seed position from a CT(Computed Tomography) image of a heart and extracts the boundary of an initial myocardium inner wall by using a radiation tracking method. A myocardium outer wall extracting unit(220) extracts the boundary of a myocardium outer wall from the CT image of the heart. A boundary correcting unit(230) corrects a boundary between the inner wall and the outer wall of the myocardium.
