    • A method for producing a building material or a vessel is provided to prepare the building material or the vessel in a molding machine within a short time and require raw materials which are cheap and economical, have chemical-resistance, durability, permeability, and flame-resistance and is discharge no harmful material material when discarded. A method for producing a building material or a vessel comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 10-90 parts by weight of at least one selected from the group consisting of loess, kaolin, mud and ceramic clay, 3-50 parts by weight of a resin coating agent, 0.1-25 parts by weight of an inorganic pigment, and 1-60 parts by weight of water to prepare an environment-friendly composition; and (b) injecting the composition into a molding machine at a temperature of 50-550 deg.C with the inner pressure of 1-20 kg/cm^2 and molding it with an interval of from 10 seconds to 20 minutes, wherein the environment-friendly composition further comprises at least one of 5-300 parts by weight of agricultural side products and 5-300 parts by weight of wood side products.

    • A noncombustible panel for buildings is provided to endure high temperature for a long time, have high tensile strength and compressive strength, inhibit an emission of toxic gases upon firing, and prevent environmental pollution upon disposal of waste. A noncombustible panel for buildings comprises a hardened panel filling material(1). The panel filling material is obtained by mixing (2) an expanded perlite, (3) a perfectly dried pulp for providing high tensile strength, (4) a completely dried gypsum powder for providing high compressive strength, and (5) a loess containing a small amount of water to serve as a binder for the filling materials, compression-processing the mixture in a mold, and drying the compression-processed mixture. The expanded perlite is formed by grinding and heating a perlite ore to form pores, and quickly releasing the cooled perlite from high pressure to low pressure to form additional pores.

    • An incombustible building material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the incombustible effect without xonotlite and maximize the commercial value by using the hydraulic material and the mass production process. A manufacturing method of an incombustible building material is composed of a step of mixing a wollastonite mineral, a hydraulic material, and a reinforcing fiber; a step of forming a hardened body by forming the mixed materials; and a step of hardening the hardened body by hydrothermal reaction with high pressure. The xonotlite is contained as a silicate-calcium raw material. The hardened body is molded by the pressure-molding and casting. The hardened body is hardened by the hydrothermal reaction with saturated steam pressure at 150~250‹C.
