    • PURPOSE: A film slicer is provided to prevent a backflow of compressive air to an adsorption part by arranging an opening and closing member inside a suction port through which the compressive air enters. CONSTITUTION: A film slicer comprises an unwinding part(100), a connection part(200), and a vacuum pressure applying part. Two or more rolls on which a film is wound are mounted on the unwinding part. The connection part comprises a first transfer part(220a), a second transfer part(220b), a film adsorption part(230), a cutting part(240), and a tape adsorption part(250). The first and second transfer parts are arranged above and under a film transfer section, and vertically or longitudinally move along a film transferred direction. The film adsorption part is installed in the first transfer part in order to adsorb the rear end of a first film(F1) and the front end of a second film. The cutting part is installed in the second transfer part to cut the overlapped portions of the first and second films. The tape adsorption part is arranged in one of the first and second transfer parts when a tape for connecting the cut portions of the first and second films is adsorbed.

The second absorption member moves the first absorption member in order to touch a cutting part in an arranged state. The protecting films individually wrap the contact roll and are connected to each other with the taping member.

The vinyl is wound on the upper chuck to support the paper tube at a constant interval. After the wound vinyl is rotated without cutting, the vinyl is wound to the front chuck. A new paper tube is supplied to the rear chuck.
