The transmission sensor is installed in one side of the machine tool and radiates laser. The beam splitter straightly or perpendicularly divides the path of the laser emitted from the transmission sensor. The mirrors are installed in one side of an etching tool(150) and the upper or lower side of the machine tool on the propagating path of the laser in order to reflect the laser split by the beam splitter. The detector is installed in the upper or lower side of the machine tool to receive the laser reflected off the mirrors and transmit the laser to a controller.
