A fault generation stress range is computed from the fault generation winding diameter of the dummy roll and the computed stress of each winding diameter.

    • PURPOSE: A film winding apparatus and a method for manufacturing a film with the same are provided to obtain high quality throughout entire winding length by pressing a winding roll with air until completion of winding from a start time. CONSTITUTION: A film winding apparatus comprises an air nozzle(36), an air feeding line(38), and an air spraying unit. The air spraying unit is installed with a turret in one body at each winding shaft and turns with the rotation of the turret.
