    • A casting core and a casting method thereof are provided to attach a core to a mold using magnetic force of a magnet installed in a core print fixed to the mold, thereby enabling the core to be easily separated from the mold at the temperature where the cast-iron products are drawn. A casting core(10) is installed in a mold(2) in order to make a hollow in a cast-iron product. A magnet(20) is installed in a core print(11) fixed to the mold. The magnet represents a ferrite-based magnet. The core is made of a material showing ductility at the temperature where the core is drawn. The casting core is a salt core.

The core clamping device is composed of: clamp pads(100) fixed in the lower ends of the clamping arms, respectively; and a roller unit(200) disposed at the lower side of the clamp pad and provided with a roller rotatably supported to be protruded more inward than the clamp pad.
