    • PURPOSE: A high performance crack-resistant cement concrete composition is provided to use polyethylene vinyl acetate resin, styrene-butadiene resin, calcium polyacrylate resin, and polymethyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate resin as powder type polymer based admixture, thereby improving workability, economical efficiency and application while securing waterproof properties, chlorine ion transparency, and crack resistance. CONSTITUTION: A high performance crack-resistant cement concrete composition comprises the following: 5-40 wt% of cement binding material; 25-55 wt% of fine aggregate; 25-60 wt% of coarse aggregate; 0.1-10 wt% of water; and 0.01-15 wt% of as powder type polymer based admixture. The powder type polymer based admixture comprises the following: 65-99 wt% of polyethylene vinyl acetate resin; 0.01-25 wt% of styrene-butadiene resin; 0.01-10 wt% of polyacrylic acid calcium resin; and 0.01-10 wt% of poly(methyl methacrylate-butylacrylate) resin. The cement binding material comprises: 30-80 wt% of common Portland cement; 1-25 wt% of metakaolin; 1-25 wt% of blast furnace slag; 1-15 wt% of fly ash; 0.01-10 wt% of inorganic oxide; 0.01-5.0 wt% of alkali metal silicate; and 0.01-3.0 wt% of starch.

The rapid hardening binding material comprises: 50-95 wt% of early strength cement; 1-30 wt% of calcium sulfoaluminate; 0.01-15 wt% of alumina cement; 1-20 wt% of metakaolin; 1-25 wt% of blast furnace slag; 0.01-10 wt% of anhydrous gypsum; 0.01-10 wt% of inorganic oxide; 0.01-5.0 wt% of silicate; and 0.01-3.0 wt% of zeolite.

    • The present invention relates to a polymer-modified cement concrete composition for expressing early strength and to a method for concrete overlay pavement using same. The composition comprises: a cement-based binder of 3-38 wt%; a fine aggregate of 25-70 wt%; a coarse aggregate of 25-70 wt%; water 0.1-20 wt%; and a polymer-based binder of 0.01-20 wt%. The cement-based binder comprises: normal Portland cement of 10-60 wt%; magnesium sulfo-aluminate of 10-60 wt%; plaster of 0.01-10 wt%; blast furnace slag of 0.01-20 wt%; an alumina powder of 0.1-10 wt%; and calcium aluminate of 0.01-10 wt%. The polymer-based binder comprises: styrene of 15-75 wt%; methyl methacrylate of 15-50 wt%; butyl acrylate of 5-40 wt%; itaconic acids of 0.1-20 wt%; and butadiene of 0.1-20 wt%. By means of the present invention, the concrete composition can have improved workability and durability. The concrete composition can especially have improved bending strength, tensile strength, early strength, long-term strength, chloride resistance, and freezing and thawing resistance so that defects in the concrete can be reduced.

The composition comprises: a rapid hardening cement-based binder of 5-35 wt%; a fine aggregate of 20-65 wt%; a coarse aggregate of 20-65 wt%; water of 0.1-15 wt%; and a polymer-based admixture of 0.01-15 wt%. The rapid hardening cement-based binder comprises: rapid hardening Portland cement of 10-60 wt%; amorphous calcium aluminate of 10-60 wt%; alumina cement of 0.1-10 wt%; plaster of 0.01-10 wt%; blast furnace slag of 0.01-20 wt%; calcium aluminate of 0.01-10 wt%; and calcium silicate of 0.01-10 wt%. The polymer-based admixture comprises: styrene of 10-70 wt%; methyl methacrylate of 10-45 wt%; ethyl acrylate of 5-35 wt%; itaconic acids of 0.1-20 wt%; and butadiene of 0.1-20 wt%. By means of the present invention, the concrete composition can have improved workability and durability. The concrete composition can especially have improved bending strength, tensile strength, short term strength, long-term strength, chloride resistance, and freezing and thawing resistance so that defects in the concrete can be reduced.
