If a telephone number of other party is received, the exchange(20) calls the other party through wired telephone networks(6) and base stations(2). A communication controller is built in the portable phone(10), and automatically transmits the access number of the exchange(20) first, if the telephone number is inputted. When the access to the exchange(20) is completed, the communication controller transmits the telephone number of the other party.

CONSTITUTION: An internal combustion engine comprises a cylinder, a piston(10) reciprocating in the cylinder, a connecting rod(20) connected to the piston, an eccentric wheel(40) combined to the connecting rod, and a crankshaft(30') converting the reciprocation to rotation by rotating with response to the rotation of the eccentric wheel. Herein, the rotational torque of the crankshaft is increased while the stroke distance of the piston is maintained. Therefore, the output of the internal combustion engine is increased even without the increase of fuel consumption.
