    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a magnetostriction type energy transformation apparatus is provided to be capable of simplifying manufacturing apparatus and processes as well as decreasing the number of the processes. CONSTITUTION: At first, a nickel vibrator and a waveguide are previously prepared, and thermal shield frames are mounted in the junction ends of the nickel vibrator and waveguide. Then, junction parts are respectively formed on the ends of the nickel vibrator and waveguide by injecting nickel alloy powder flux to the interior of the thermal shield frames using a welding torch. Next, the junctions of the nickel vibrator and waveguide are aligned to oppose each other. Then, a thermal shield frame having top and front/rear parts opened is installed near the aligned junctions so that the both and bottom surfaces of the thermal shield frame can be spaced apart from the junctions. Finally, the junctions are fused by a welding torch while being compressed within the thermal shield frame.

    • PURPOSE: A cleaning device for building pipe line is provided to extend the service life of a pipe by preventing the abrasion of a steel pipe by using the mixture of ozonated water and magnetized water. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning device for building pipe line comprises a pump(100), a magnetized water generator(200), a compressor, an injector(500), and a mixer(600). The pump is connected to a water source supply pipe(110). The magnetized water generator magnetizes 'the water source, provided to the pump, using magnetic force in order to produce magnetized water. The compressor produces the compressed air of high pressure. A supply pipe(120) is connected to one side of the pump in order to supply the compressed air to the pump. The injector absorbs the compressed and the ozone of an ozone generator(400). The injector supplies the compressed air and ozone to the pump through the supply pipe. The mixer is installed to at exhaust line(130) interlinking the pump and a main pipe of a building(50). The mixer supplies the cleaning water, manufactured by mixing the ozone and magnetized water, to the main pipe of the building.
