    • PURPOSE: An LPI fuel feeding system which replaces a filter without opening a fuel tank is provided to expose liquefied petroleum gas by blocking first and second valves when an outside filter is replaced. CONSTITUTION: An LPI fuel feeding system comprises a fuel tank(135), and a pump set and an outer filter(165). The LPG fuel is filled in the fuel tank. The pump set is located inside the fuel tank part and supplies the fuel to an engine. When the fuel filled in the fuel tank is inhaled to the pump set, the outer filter filters the foreign material. The fuel tank is fixed on one side of a reservoir(150). A fuel pump(155) is installed inside the reservoir. A pre-filter is installed on an inlet of the pump. The end of a second suction line is inserted inside the pre-filter.

    • A vaporizer for a gas fuel engine is provided to prevent a partition for dividing an engine coolant side and a gas fuel side from being corroded by engine coolant. A vaporizer(1A) includes a main body made of an aluminum material. The main body has a hot water chamber(22) for introduction of engine coolant, and a vaporization chamber(42) for vaporization of liquefied gas fuel. The hot water chamber and the vaporization chamber are divided by a partition. The vaporizer facilitates vaporization of gas fuel by using heat exchange performed through the partition. The partition has a hot water chamber wall made of a material having a high resistance against corrosion caused due to engine coolant.

An engaging recess is formed at an end of the body case corresponding to the head case. The adapter is engaged with the engaging recess of the body case and is supported by the inner peripheral surface of the head case. The valve is engaged with the adapter and selectively opens and closes an interior passage of the head case. The valve spring is interposed between the adapter and the valve to resiliently move the valve.

The hollow accommodation portion has an inner surface on which protrusions(14a) are integrally formed such that the protrusions are individually fitted into the grooves of the plunger.

CONSTITUTION: A check valve for injecting gas into a pre-combustion chamber comprises a hollow type of an upper body(10), a hollow type of a lower body(20), a connecting stand(30), a valve spindle(40), and a cylindrical spacer(50). The lower body has a constant length and is positioned at the lower part of the upper body. The connecting stand is positioned inside the upper body, and a connecting groove(31) is formed on one end. The valve spindle is placed inside the lower body. One end of the valve spindle is inserted into the connecting groove, and the other end protruding at a constant length prevents gas from flowing through one side. The cylindrical spacer comprises a constant diameter locked to the lower part of the lower body.
