    • PURPOSE: A microalgae cultivating device is provided to reduce toxicity and carbon dioxide in exhausting gas effectively and to implement energizing of electric power by using welding light generated during a welding process. CONSTITUTION: A microalgae cultivating device comprises: an exhaust gas dust collection line(11), a heat exchanger(12), a dust collecting chamber(13), at least one culture tank(15), a sea water supplying unit(20), and a sea water recovering unit(30). The exhaust gas dust collection line collects the exhaust gas generated in at least one welding device and exhausts the gas. A dust collection chamber controls the concentration of the exhaust gas by being installed on the exhaust gas dust collection line. At least one culture tank is connected to the edge of the exhaust gas dust collection line and cultivates microalgae by the exhaust gas.     • PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing carbon dioxide by using microalgae is provided to increase the efficiency of obtaining carbon dioxide and obtain high-quality microalgae by providing carbonated water into a water container with cultivated microalgae so that medicine, a supplement, coloring agent and enzyme can be extracted from the cultivated microalgae and re-used. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reducing carbon dioxide comprises; a carbonated water maker(20), a container(10) for obtaining, a censor(35) for detecting the concentration of carbon dioxide and a controller(30). The carbonated water maker manufactures carbonated water by dissolving carbon dioxide into water. The container for obtaining microalgae obtains carbon dioxide through carbon dioxide assimilation by cultivating microalgae in the carbonated water from the carbonated water maker. The censor for detecting the concentration of carbon dioxide measure dissolved oxygen in the water container with microalgae. According to the level of dissolved oxygen measured by the censor, the controller provides carbonated water from the carbon dioxide maker to keep amount of dissolved oxygen which is already set.

    • PURPOSE: A photobioreactor and a method for culturing and harvesting microalgae using the same are provided to directly supply gas source including carbon source and to evenly disperse the microalgae without separate stirring device. CONSTITUTION: A photobioreactor comprises: a culture bath(11) of a funnel shape; a gas injection tube(15) which is coupled to the lower end of the culture bath; a stopper(13) which is detachable from the upper end of the culture bath; and a gas discharge tube(17) of which one end part is placed in the culture bath. The gas injection tube is made of silicon. The photobioreactor further comprises a control valve(19) between the culture bath and gas injection tube. The culture bath is made of glass. A method for culturing the microalgae using the photobioreactor comprises a step of upwardly supplying gas source containing carbon source to a culture medium and stirring the culture medium.

The gasification system comprises: an organic waste collector(21), a gasifier(23), a reformer(25), and a methanol synthetic reactor(27).
