    • The present invention provides a hydrogen producing device and a hydrogen producing method comprising an anaerobe culture medium which receives a culture liquid containing a thermococcus bacillus which is a hydrogen producing anaerobe microorganisms; a gas bubble generating unit which generates carbon monoxide bubbles to an introduced culture liquid which is introduced in the inner side of the culture liquid received in the culture medium; a culture liquid circulating unit which introduces the introduced culture liquid into the gas bubble generating unit; a carbon monoxide supplying unit which supplies a carbon monoxide to the gas bubble generating unit; a hydrogen collection unit which collects hydrogen generated in the culture medium; and a bubble removing unit which removes floating bubbles floated on the surface of the culture liquid among the gas bubbles. The present invention can produce hydrogen effectively using a thermococcus bacillus which is an anaerobe microorganism.

    • The present invention relates to a micro cell culture apparatus for effectively culturing a single cell, and a method for culturing a micro cell by desirably using the same. The micro cell culture apparatus according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a culture chamber array substrate wherein multiple culture chambers are arranged, on the surface thereof, in a home form having 0.5-5 mm in diameter and 0.1-1 mm in depth; a porous thin film sealing the culture chamber by covering the surface of the culture chamber array substrate as a thin film having an opening of 0.1-1 μm. The method for culturing a micro cell according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a first step for preparing a sample suspension by suspending a collected sample into a buffer solution; a second step for filling the inside of the culture chamber of the culture chamber array substrate with the sample suspension; a third step for sealing the culture chamber by covering the surface of the culture chamber array substrate with the porous film; a fourth step for culturing by immersing, into nutrient broth, the culture chamber array substrate covered with the porous film. CONSTITUTION: A perpendicularly sealed type rapid fermenting apparatus includes a stirrer(20) and a driving unit(40) in a sealed type fermenting bath(10). The stirrer operates by the driving unit. The rotary shaft(RS) of the stirrer is composed of a lower shaft(S1), a middle shaft(S2), and an upper shaft(S3). First and second impellers(IP1, IP2) are mounted at the lower shaft. A third impeller, a fourth impeller, and a fifth impeller(IP3, IP4, IP5) are mounted at the middle shaft. Sixth seventh impellers are mounted at the upper shaft. Air from a first air supplying unit is sprayed by the first impeller. Air from a second air supplying unit is sprayed by the third impeller.
