    • A polymeric concrete composition is provided to have high mechanical resistance, chemical resistance, and resistance against a severe condition and a polluted condition, and to reduce in thickness even without causing any structural risk. A polymeric concrete composition includes (i) 6.0-35wt% of polymerized or polycondensed resin, (ii) 94.0-65.0wt% of a load or mechanical resistance element, (iii) optionally 0.5-5.0wt% of a catalyst dissolved in a solvent, (iv) optionally 1.0-6.0wt% of a non-aqueous heavy metal-assimilated soap-based accelerator dissolved in a solvent, (v) optionally 1.0-10.0wt% of an ultraviolet ray inhibitor dissolved in a solvent, (vi) optionally 1.0-15.0wt% of a flame combustion inhibitor dissolved in a solvent, and (vii) optionally 4.0-15.0wt% of an integrated colorant selected from the group comprising metal oxides and organic colorants dissolved in any resin. Further, the polycondensed resin is selected from a group consisting of propryl alcohol, phenol, formaldehyde, melamine and urea.

    • A functional product manufacturing method using functional mineral matter and a functional product made by the same are provided to purify the air and to improve the characteristic of incombustible material and freshness of favorite food by using the functional mineral matter such as zeolite. A functional product manufacturing method using functional mineral matter(210a) comprises the steps of: producing functional mineral powder by crushing the functional mineral matter in the predetermined size; mixing the functional mineral powder and water(210b) at the predetermined ratio; pouring zeolite mineral matter(210c) to the mixed water and stirring the mixed water and the zeolite mineral matter to sufficiently mix the water and the zeolite mineral matter; settling down the functional mineral powder by precipitating the completely stirred material; mixing the precipitated functional mineral powder and plastic at the predetermined ratio and then compounding the materials; and molding an object by extruding the precipitated functional mineral powder and compounded plastic through an extrusion unit.
