CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically controlling a taillight(50) and a headlight(60) comprises a rain sensor(10) producing and outputting a sensing signal according to contact of raindrops and the impact; a control part(30) producing a signal for operating a wiper(20) removing moisture on a windshield according to the sensing signal; and a lighting part(32) installed in the control part, to make the taillight and the headlight turned on according to the signal produced from the control part. The control part includes a wiper-operating part(31) producing and outputting a wiper control signal for controlling the operating frequency and the operating interval of the wiper according to the sensing signal. The lighting part operates the taillight and the headlight according to the operating frequency and the operating interval of the wiper.

A lamp control unit(20) determines the lighting on of a head lamp and a small lamp by receiving the electrical signal of the sensor and outputs an electrical signal.
