    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for acquiring a fast navigation signal and a method thereof are provided to reduce the search range of a frequency offset in two dimension search range. CONSTITUTION: A receiver clock offset calculation unit(102) calculates Doppler frequency shifts with the movement of a navigation satellite and a navigation receiver in an action mode which is defined according to the orbit data of a navigation receiver and the amount of obtained information. The clock offset value of the navigation receiver is calculated by eliminating the Doppler frequency shifts from the frequency offset value which is calculated from the navigational data. A signal acquisition unit(101) obtains a signal by reducing the search range of a frequency offset based on the calculated frequency offset of the navigation receiver.

    • PURPOSE: A global navigation satellite apparatus and a method using near field communication is provided, which can receive a navigation signal from a satellite through the navigation aid information. CONSTITUTION: A near field communication unit(110) receives secondary navigation information from the outside through the local area wireless communication and transfers the received navigation aid information to the other satellite navigation receiving devices through the local area wireless communication. A storage unit(120) stores the received secondary navigation information. A navigation data processor(130) calculates the code delay time about the saved navigation aid information. A satellite navigation receiver(140) receives positioning signal from a satellite by using the secondary navigation information.

    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for synchronizing a frame and a bit of a satellite navigation receiver are provided to synchronize the frame and the bit by generating a preamble of a bit stream based on the bit stream of a message. CONSTITUTION: An oversampled preamble(303) is generated based on a bit stream of an input message. A first correlative value is generated by correlating a par of the input message. The first correlative value is compared with a threshold value. If the first correlative value exceeds the threshold value, a second correlative value is generated by correlating a part of the input message with the preamble which is jumped with a constant interval. The second correlative value is compared with the threshold value. If the second correlation value exceeds the threshold value, a success of the bit and frame synchronization is declared when the second correlation value exceeds the threshold value. The generated preamble is oversampled based on the sampling ratio of the bit stream of the input message.
