An ink-jet printer comprises a print head with an ink nozzle which sprays ink on a printing medium while moving along a rail installed horizontally, and a drying unit which dries the ink discharged on the printing medium while moving along the rail. The drying unit includes a dryer part(110) supplying the air of high temperature to the upper side of the printing medium, and a high temperature air removal part preventing the high temperature air supplied to the printing medium from flowing into the print head.

    • An ink drier of a printer is provided to improve the efficiency of drying a fabric on which ink is coated and perform a cold air drying process in addition to a hot air drying process to dry the fabric and prevent the fabric from being thermally damaged. An ink drier of a printer(100) includes a hot air dry unit(200a) and a cold air dry unit(200b). The hot air dry unit has a first ring blower(215) which circulates the air heated by a heater(216) in a case(210) and jets the heated air to a fabric moving direction. The cold air dry unit has a dry case(220) in which a second ring blower(230) is mounted driven by a motor and jets the air at the room temperature to the overall face of a fabric.

The control unit is used to control the adjustment unit to change the exhaust quantity step by step. A manufacturing method of an applying body includes a step of changing the exhaust quantity of the gas exhausted to from the inside of the keeping chamber, step by step.

      또한, 개시된 액체캐리어 건조방법은, 기체 분사조건을 설정하는 단계와; 설정된 기체분사조건에 맞도록 분사 기체를 가열하고, 이 가열된 기체를 소정 분사속도로 매니폴드 내에 주입하여 감광매체 상의 액체 캐리어를 증발시키는 단계와; 감광매체로부터 증발된 캐리어 및 유입된 기체를 매니폴드 외부로 배기하는 단계와; 매니폴드에서 배기된 증발 캐리어를 응축하고 나머지 응축되지 않은 기체를 가열시켜, 소정 속도로 매니폴드 내에 주입하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    • An LED(Light-Emitting Diode) printer head is provided to improve a performance stability of the LED printer head by offering a graphite heat sink having higher thermal conductivity than that of metal one.
